This policy covers this website and how we handle information we receive through it or through direct contact (phone, text, or email) with prospective and current clients. It does not cover other companies' websites, apps, or services we may link to or use to deliver work, which have their own privacy policies.

This site does not yet have a live contact form or online checkout. Right now, we only receive personal information when someone gives it to us directly — for example, by phone, text, or email, or in person — such as a name, business name, phone number, email address, and details about the business relevant to a quote or project.

If you become a client, we collect additional information needed to deliver services, such as billing details, account access needed for the work (for example, a Google Business Profile or website login), and business content you provide (photos, copy, offers, logos).

Standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) may be logged automatically by our hosting provider, as is normal for any website, for security and reliability purposes.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. If that changes — for example, if we add website analytics to understand traffic — we will update this policy before doing so.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and audits, deliver and bill for services, communicate about your account, and improve our website and services. We do not sell personal information.

We will honor reasonable requests unless we have a legal or legitimate business reason to keep the information (for example, billing records).

Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as our website, tools, and services change (for example, when online checkout, a contact form, or a client dashboard go live). The version and effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the current policy. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
