No. We do not guarantee more leads, sales, revenue, reviews, or a higher spot on Google. Nobody can honestly promise that. We tell you what we're doing and let the work speak for itself.
Will you guarantee a #1 spot on Google?
No. Search rankings are controlled by Google, not by us, and change constantly. Anyone who guarantees a ranking isn't being honest with you.
What's included in the monthly price?
Whatever your package or add-ons include, as listed on the Packages and Add-Ons pages. Anything outside of that is discussed with you first.
What costs extra?
Things like your domain name, web hosting, ad spend, printing, postage, and paid software or tools from other companies are not included unless we say so in writing.
Are taxes included in the price shown?
The prices shown are before tax. Sales tax and any other required taxes are added at checkout, based on your state and local rules.
How does the SOUTHFLORIDA promo code work?
Using code SOUTHFLORIDA removes your one-time setup fee while the offer is active. It doesn't change your monthly price. Online checkout isn't live yet, so mention the code when you talk with us.

We can't give you a guaranteed timeline, because results depend on your industry, your market, and things outside our control. We'll be upfront with you about what's realistic for your situation.
What if I already have some of this set up?
Tell us what you already have. We'll only recommend what's actually missing — if you don't need something, we'll tell you.
Do I need a website already to sign up?
No. If you don't have one, we can build one as part of Website Services. If you have one, we can work with it.
