You shouldn't have to guess what we're doing for your money. Every active client gets a monthly report and a dashboard showing the real activity on their account.
What's in your monthly report
- What we worked on that month, in plain English
- Activity on the systems we run for you (like missed-call text-backs sent, or follow-ups sent)
- Changes to your Google Business Profile or website, if any
- Anything we think you should know or decide on
We show you real activity, not invented numbers. If something didn't happen that month, the report says so.
What's not built yet
The client login and live dashboard are coming soon. Until then, reports are sent to you directly. See Client Login for the current status.
Good to know
No guarantees
We do not guarantee more leads, sales, revenue, reviews, or a higher spot on Google. Nobody can honestly promise that, so we won't either.
Extra costs
Some things cost extra and are not part of your monthly plan unless we tell you in writing. This can include your domain name, web hosting, ad spend, printing, postage, and paid software or tools from other companies.
