Billing & Cancellation Policy

Version 1.0 • Effective August 26, 2026

This policy explains how billing, refunds, and cancellation work. It is part of the Service Agreement for any client who signs up.

1. Setup fees

Most plans have a one-time setup fee, shown on the Packages page and in your Order. Setup fees are due when you sign up unless your Order says otherwise, and cover onboarding and initial setup work.

2. Monthly billing

Monthly service fees are billed in advance, each billing cycle, to the payment method on file. Your Order will show your plan's monthly price and billing date.

3. Payment authorization and failed payments

By signing up, you authorize us and our payment processor to store your selected payment method and charge amounts due, including monthly fees, approved extra work, taxes, and any outside costs you've approved. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, ask for a different payment method, pause work, or end service if the issue isn't resolved.

4. Promo codes

Promo codes (for example, the current SOUTHFLORIDA offer) apply only as described when the offer is active, have no cash value, and do not change your regular price once the promotional period ends.

5. Outside costs

Some costs are not included in your monthly plan unless we tell you in writing — for example, your domain name, web hosting, ad spend, printing, postage, and paid tools or software from other companies. We'll get your approval before committing to outside costs that aren't already part of your Order.

6. Refunds

Setup fees and completed one-time work are generally nonrefundable once the work has started or been delivered. Committed outside costs (such as ad spend, postage, printing, and licenses) are generally nonrefundable once committed. Canceling a monthly plan stops future billing but does not refund the current paid month.

7. Month-to-month cancellation

After your first paid month, service renews one month at a time. You can cancel anytime using the sign-up method (once online account management is available) or by clear written notice to us through the Contact page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. We need to receive your notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

8. Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated based on the service and your business location, and are your responsibility in addition to plan and setup fees.

9. Questions

Billing questions can be sent through our Contact page, by email at [email protected], or by phone at (728) 206-7451. See also the "Payment, refunds, and cancellation" section of the Service Agreement, which this policy is part of.

Version 1.0 — effective August 26, 2026. This policy is incorporated into the Service Agreement and covers the same billing terms in more detail.
